What is Sojourn?
Sojourn is a 30-day discipleship experience designed to equip and ignite believers for a life of radical faith and evangelism. Structured similarly to the early church, sojourners travel across 14 states in a 15-passenger bus, partnering with local churches to spread the gospel, disciple young believers, and spark revival in cities across America.
Our mission is threefold: to disciple and equip our students for radical and extreme discipleship, to reach the lost in the United States of America, while empowering local churches to reach their communities. Through a healthy discomfort, hands-on ministry opportunity, intentional training, and immersive learning, we challenge participants to grow in their faith, step out in boldness, and cultivate a lifestyle of evangelism.
Does this sound scary yet? We hope so. While we believe that as Christ followers we are called to live differently from the world, we know that not everyone has been called to live as nomads in their own country. This program is not for everyone... but for one, it might be the thing that changes the rest of your life.
Sojourn is for the Bible believing, miracle seeking, disciple, in search of community, testimony and a radical lifestyle.
Sojourning, students engage in daily Bible study, worship and prayer, practical skill-building—learning to play instruments, develop new languages, and grow in personal and spiritual disciplines. As we camp along the way, every mile traveled is an opportunity to encounter God, serve others, and witness His power at work.
Sojourn is more than a trip—it's a movement of disciples carrying the fire of revival wherever they go. Join us as we step out in faith, build the Church, and make Jesus known.
Are you ready to become a sojourning disciple?
our motto?
We. Will. Find.
Because Jesus says it all over the bible. We will find HIM.
We will find him when we seek him.
(“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”- Jeremiah 29:13)
We will find him when we serve.
("Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."- Matthew 25:40)
We will find His miracles.
("I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. -Luke 10:19)
We will find a friend in God by becoming an enemy of the world.
(You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. -James 4:4 )

Program Directors
Savannah and Tristan are the visionaries behind Sojourn. They not only lead the trips but also disciple the students and travel with the team, guiding and equipping them throughout the journey.
UTRM Directors
Jon and Lily serve as vital ministry partners to Sojourn. They help plan the trips, disciple our students, and faithfully pray for them while they are away. Though they do not travel with the team, they play a crucial role in the success of the program.
Male Intern Staff
Sam and Jace serve as our male intern staff in the program. They not only assist in discipling the students but are also being trained in the inner workings of the program, equipping them to launch Sojourn programs in other states.
Female Intern Staff
Elly serves as the female intern staff for our 2025 trip. She focuses on building relationships with the girls, providing accountability, and creating opportunities for their spiritual growth. Additionally, she oversees our skills courses, ensuring students develop practical abilities that enhance their ministry and personal growth.
Due to the nature of this intensive trip, there will be a tuition fee of $1,700. This will include all of your meals, travel and additional experiences.
Although the program will have a set schedule and plan, a huge part of the uniqueness of Sojourn is complete dependance on Gods provision. This means that we will be relying on churches and home openers while we travel. When this opportunity has not been provided on any given day, we will be camping in safe areas along the way.
Sojourn will be very physically demanding and is recommended only for healthy, self sustaining individuals.
